How we write
Every piece of content starts with real research: destinations we’ve explored, tips we’ve actually tested, and insights gathered from genuine travel experience. We don’t write about places we know nothing about. Our goal is to give you practical, reliable information that actually helps you plan a better trip. We write in a friendly, straightforward tone because we want to feel like a knowledgeable friend, not a travel brochure.
Review process
Before anything goes live, each article goes through an internal review for accuracy, readability, and usefulness. We ask ourselves: would this actually help someone plan their trip? Is the information clear and easy to follow? Only when the answer is yes does the article get published. We also revisit older content regularly to make sure it stays relevant and up to date.
Sources
We rely primarily on firsthand experience. That is, on the places we’ve been, food we’ve eaten, routes we’ve taken. Where we go beyond our own experience, we draw from official tourism boards, reputable travel publications, and local sources. Where we reference external information, we link to it directly so you can always verify things yourself.
AI usage
We occasionally use AI tools to help with research and initial drafting. However, every article is reviewed, edited, and approved by a real person on our team before it ever goes live. We never publish AI-generated content without meaningful human oversight — the final voice, judgment, and responsibility always belong to us.
Fact-checking
Travel information changes fast. Visa rules shift, restaurants close, prices go up. We do our best to keep all content accurate and current, but we always encourage readers to double-check the details that matter most, especially visa requirements, entry rules, prices, and opening hours, with official sources before travelling.
Corrections
Nobody gets everything right all the time, and we’re no exception. If you spot something that’s outdated, inaccurate, or just doesn’t seem right, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.
