Reward Land started with five of us – friends who love to travel. We are Stefan, Alex, Anica, Marko, and Marta. While we spend the working days in the coworking spaces, we are known for the adventures we take on. We’ve been to big cities, quiet beaches, and hidden villages. We have made mistakes, missed flights, and packed too much. But we have also found secret spots, made great friends, and had amazing adventures.
We want you to feel like an expert on your first trip. Our guides, tips&tricks, stories, and everything else we share is based on actual life events. We think that travelling should be enjoyable, not stressful. That is why we offer clear and practical guidance. We have you covered: you don’t have to make our mistakes. Instead, you can use our experience to avoid them!
The fact is – we are all exactly like you: curious, enthusiastic, and constantly eager for the next adventure. However, we have different interests and that’s what makes our group a great team! We’re a crew in our late 20s/early 30s (age is just a number, and will not be disclosed – don’t worry Marta), bonded by a love for travel, bad puns, and a shared obsession with history (well, mostly Ivan and Sophie, but the others get dragged along).

Stefan’s travel expertise goes beyond just visiting current destinations. He’s also passionate about the history of territories that no longer exist, making him the perfect guide for anyone interested in the past as much as the present.

Alex is the kind of traveler who thinks a 20-kilometer hike is just a “light warm-up.”
As the unofficial pace-setter of the group, he’s always leading the way and setting a challenging rhythm for everyone else.
In the past five years, he’s walked over 20,000 kilometers across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, covering vast distances with ease.
Whether it’s conquering mountain trails or exploring city streets, Alex is always up for an adventure and knows how to keep the group moving—no matter how far the journey takes them.
